Lilah Wallach (formerly Lilah Perry) is a master bodyworker with over sixteen years of experience in her field. Formerly a massage therapist, she saw that many of her clients were in pain due to postural anomalies.
She became a Certified Rolfer in order to treat the causes of pain and not just the symptoms. The focus of her practice is to alleviate chronic tension and pain by creating balanced function in the myofascial structures of the body. Her passion is helping others to cultivate strong and joyful bodies. Lilah believes that by caring for our most useful tool, our physical self, we can harness more energy toward accomplishing our dreams and goals.
Lilah is unique as a Rolfer because of her background in Arabic Dance, Argentine Tango, and yoga . She brings a dancer's knowledge of movement and injury recovery to her practice. Her work is especially effective because of the movement and awareness exercises she integrates into her sessions. Lilah is a graduate of The Rolf Institute for Structural Integration (Colorado), The Brian Utting School of Massage (Seattle) and The School for Hawaiian Lomi-Lomi Massage (Hawaii). Lilah has trained other practioners at the Rolf Institute and The East West College of the Healing Arts (Oregon).
